Lauraetta Washington handles a number of responsibilities for Dove Publishing House as well as it’s parent company, Home Ownership Matters.
She oversees the shipping of all publications and products no matter where the sale was generated. Due to the high volume of orders you should allow 3-4 weeks after the placement of your order to allow adequate shipping time. If it has been longer than 6 weeks then by all means follow up to be sure there has not been a problem with your shipment.
All orders are shipped standard ground unless you make arrangements and pay for expedited service.
Laura assumed the job of Marketing Director in 2005.
